It looks kind of crazy...crazy delicious

Was in HK this year and was taken to eat a HK staple, curry fish balls.  If you’ve been to Hong Kong before, you know this is one of the staple street fewds of the tiny island.  HK like Taiwan has a lot of places where you go for one dish.  新記美食 is one of the popular destinations on the HK island side for curry fish balls.

Steamed Milk with lotus seeds

Steamed milk is a dessert served hot or cold with a creamy consistency similar to custard.  For this post I visited one of HK’s staples for steamed milk, the Yee Shun Milk Company.  I’ve had their steamed milk before and it was delicious.  Let’s see if they are still up to par.
