Pho schizzle

Need a quick Pho fix?  Pho 79 might hit the spot.  Though their website is pretty crummy with only their locations.  Conveniently located off Garfield Ave. next to the theatre, this is one of my on the way/in the neighborhood Pho destinations.  In this case it was on the way.

We got there about an hour before they closed and the waiter was already pushing me to hurry up.  I sat down and immediately ordered two bowls of combination Pho and an order of spring rolls.

Ribeye al forno

Spark is located in Beverly Hills right off of Pico.  It’s a dimly lit destination to get your steak fix, if you don’t mind subpar service and the possibility of waiting for awhile for your seats on a busy night.  The place isn’t super busy, it’s just kind of small for a steakhouse.  Steak was good though.  Let’s do this!

Beat up toast!

Located in downtown Indianapolis off Illinois St.  Le Peep is actually a licensed chain of restaurants.  Every Le Peep is different in a small way, but I think all the ones in Indiana are owned by the same entity, but I’m not sure so don’t quote me on it.  So let’s see what me and my sister had for bfast.

The dynamic Taipei fewd scene has gotten a just a bit more…what’s the word…dynamic! as the world renowned chef of the century, restaurateur super star Joel Robuchon descended from heaven and was generous enough to let the people in Taipei have a taste of rubber tires, I mean, Michelin star restaurant L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon.  Okay I may be exaggerating things but I was surely excited when I heard about the 2009 fall opening of the restaurant in the new BellaVita mall in Xingyi district.
