Chargrilled lamb burger with feta, cumin mayo & thrice cooked chips

So it’s a been a long time.  My apologies to our 3 regular readers.  I’m so sorry that I went to Breslin in Manhattan and had a delicious lamb burger.  I would like to blame the cooking channel for constantly playing the episode of Unique Eats featuring this gastropub.  Well, it was pretty good.  Let’s catch up.
