Other than Blue Ribbon, Traif in Williamsburg is probably my favorite restaurant in New York. The best part of this restaurant is that their menu changes daily, is open till 2am everyday, and it won’t break your bank eating here like some of the Manhattan places might.

Thanks for the new things you have uoenvcred in your text. One thing I would like to reply to is that FSBO connections are built after a while. By presenting yourself to owners the first few days their FSBO will be announced, prior to a masses start calling on Monday, you build a good network. By sending them tools, educational supplies, free reviews, and forms, you become a strong ally. Through a personal affinity for them and also their circumstance, you produce a solid connection that, most of the time, pays off as soon as the owners decide to go with a realtor they know and also trust preferably you.
